I just started a new server this morning, called Behind You? <<Dallas>>. Don&#39;t know why and AT&T Broadband will probably object. Anyway, since I&#39;m on a 3M dl and 348K ul, thought I&#39;d give it a try. I need to know if the ping is alright. Oh, any other suggestions would be nice too.

Unplayable for me with 6 other on it. My ping was about 10,000 :(

It can handle 5 players nicely. I just played on it and it was ok until 6th joined. Thanks for putting up a server&#33; :)

From what I can tell, I need to drop the max players to 6, so only 5 can play. Cable is really nice for downloading, 3M, but not so good for uploading, 384K.

I&#39;ll make the change as soon as it breaks between games.

As far as Gamemecca.net, if you mean in the name and greeting message, sure.

Awesome, I think it will be great like that. And I get slightly better ping there than I do on the Houston servers. So thanks&#33; :)

I don&#39;t know all the ins and outs of admin&#39;ing a server, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, since AT&T Broadband doesn&#39;t allow servers, I think they really want to stop any commercial web servers, I&#39;m going to limit it to weekends.

Now to see if I can start it via a schedule. Should be able to schedule a dedicated server to start using the scripts that serious runner saved. Guess we&#39;ll see next Friday at 5:00PM CST.
