how can you make rules not to use power ups??? If you don't want power ups, then make a server with no health and no armor. Quit making all these dam rules that people are suppost to follow. Next thing you know, there will be a rule, if I shoot at your first, and miss, then you have to hold still, becuase I got the first shot. Come on, get real!
