how can i fix this..

Have you put the patch in? Updated you video card drivers?

umm well when he fixed it he went to this site and downloaded i think a patch and it workewd fine but now all of the sudden this pops up again

I can't make out what it says, But I see something about Direct 3D accel. I'm not sure about this, but you might try installing DirectX again.
A clearer picture would help. :blink:

Maybe uninstall it, reinstall it, and get the latest patch.
