Ok, what I do is I use the lasso and cut out a shape I want. How do I save the shape so the shape is the only object, not inclusing the white background. That may sound pretty weord, I hope you understand.

U have to make a transparent background. There must be a "background eraser tool" . Just move it over your white background and it will become transparent...

This is what the tool looks like (btw I only have photoshop elements but I think it must be the same :)

Bah! I dont have that tool. What I do, do is make a new file, make it transparent and it still shows the background as white :blink:

Ehm what u can do is: take the lasso around the shape u want, copy the shape, open a new file in transparent and just fit in the shape. That should work too.

I did do that, but when i post it here at gamemecca it makes the background white :blink:

That's strange sometimes it seems to work and sometimes theres a different background

Try it. I saved it as .gif file. When it works now probably .jpg files cant save transparent backgrounds...
