I started NWN last week and it is pretty damn good. I kinda set it aside since UT2003 demo was reliesed, but I'm going to fire it back up tonight.

I like it because you can rotate the camera angle and zoom in. Much better than the old 2d style.

right, but i like the control over your party in the older parts much more :D

Yes I do miss having complete control over the other NPC's. Also I wish that I could give items to them.

I totally love NWN! I'm on my second time through playing as a Monk! They kick arse! We have tried to set up some on-line games - but everyone is so wrapped up in other games, that it's hard to get a time everyone agrees on!

If anyone is interested in play online - message me! :) My "evil" online cleric really needs some work! :twisted:

Also - after playing NWN... I bought IWD2 when it came out.... it got promptly returned for MAFIA. After the graphics of Dungeon Siege and NWN - I just couldn't do another 2D... :( I know.. I'm a wimp.. its' supposed to be about the "content".. but how can I get into the content when it looks so "ugly" bleh.. heheh

I spent what the 30/45 mins to install NWN,,, it is horrible,,, everything is gray,, well most everything,,, i do like two handed fighting, that is cool,,, but does not make up for the fact you just click once on a bad guy and it does all the work for you,,, no moving,,, i guess i did not give it a chance,,, and i don't think i will,, 100+ hours of gameplay,,, and the gameplay is the same,,, run here for a key,,, look for this,,, buy this,,, kill this,,, YAWN........ :sleeping:

Hey DarkLadyT - How long did it take you to play the game?
