New OUTLAW European Server

I have spoke with my friend in our company's office in Rotterdam. He is installing the server for me today and I will be able to manage it remotely starting tomorrow. This connection is exactly the same as the one as we have here in Houston, which is 100mb. Hopefully this will pacify our European friends.
