What's the deal with Red Station?

Its seems like there are always a few people running their own server that is permanently set to Red Station with an astronomical frag limit (or none at all). I don't get it. I've never seen anyone do that with any other map. Why does this map have such a cult following?

My guess.....the easy access to invisibility and the cannon.......oh and it has the laser on that map too.
The last two times I joined that map.....the server booted me off.......and the message read: for no apparent reason, or something like that. :angry: :)

Red Station is a huge map with something for everyone
Campers, Spammers, Snipers, Cannon Hoes.
For me I enjoy that board because of the challanage (sp)
that they have.

It's also great for a good ole Shotty dual as well.

I can't play that board for more that 30 frags then I just get tired.

LOL! Yeah, exactly. I get enough of them in The Hole and Fortress. :rolleyes: :D
