Actually in a way it does. How much better would you be if you had average 30 frames and sometimes dipped even lower? Aiming becomes almost impossible. Frames + Ping = Most everything.

He may be limited by his monitor. Mine will only do 60hz at that resolution.

thanks, i went to bed early because i was os dam tired of putting this thing together. the radeon can do 120hz on any res, but the dam monitor is 17 inches and it can only do 60hz.

Actually when I upgraded, I actually won a few games instead ofcoming close and dying way too much :) I used to get 14 fps on UT2003 now I get 90+ :D
