Yes this is true!!! Serious Sam contains scenes of explicit violence and gore!!!
This game is in fact a kind of psychological weapon.
You play it, thinking it's fun, but a kid can actually walk out on streets and kill everyone around saying "Die you Mental scums, because here Sam comes!"
