As a member of DOA, and a better (choke) UT2003 player, I thought it was my civic duty to post this

Good game Tip and Sauron...I know my place now, and it is the bottom of the barrel... :thumbs:

SS is nothing like UT. And you are playing against people who have been playing a long time and could probably run through the maps backwards with their eyes closed. Hang in there dude. Watch what other people do. Record and watch some demos of good players. And keep practicing. You will improve and be posting your wins. :)

It took me many moons to get where I am at in the game.
Play the boards alone a few times learn where everything is.
Learn where to jump and reach certain spots.
Sam is about 10 times faster than UT.
So I would say turn down the mouse movement and slowly turn it back up.
Mine is set at 82 right now.

oh yea and I still suck ass.
But I enjoy how fast paced the game is.

Thanks guys for all that...I am trying. I want to be at least decent at both games, but man is it tough.

My boy Sasquatch has me eating raw eggs and doing situps. Maybe someday..! :thumbs:
