The Earth is changing....I can feel it in the water....I can feel it in the air. Much of what once was is lost, for none now live who remember it.

Damn...I've seen that movie too many times.

Man, I still cant believe what a fantasitc job Peter Jackson has done. LOTR is my favorite book of all time....and I had my doubts when I heard it was being made into a movie. But God, what an amazing job he has done! i just bought the LOTR: Extended Special Edition, and me and some friends will be watching all of it tonight. Including the making of it
BTW, how many of you have actually read the book? I know Sauron has, hehehe.
When I watched the movie, I felt special at the end when Gollum is talking about "her"...because only people who have read the book know who "she" is.......MU AHAHAHAHA!!!

BTW, Sauron, have you read the Silmarilliam? I did, it is amazing. It's like a history book of Middle-Earth. You have to read this book if you re a LOTR fan

Sauron

I have read most middleearth related books and stories at least once including the Silmarillion wich is a book of superlatives (the best, the strongest, the most beautyful ...)

Seven for the dwarf-lords in thier halls of stone
nine for mortal men doomed to die
one for the dar lord on his dark throne
in the land of mordor where shadows lie
one ring to rule them all, one ring to find them,
one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
in the land if mordor where the shadows lie

No it's about a farmer who hears a voice in a corn field and decides to turn his lot into a baseball field. He starts halucinating and sees his dead father and other dead base-ball players.

Good movie=Butch Cassady and the Sun Dance Kid

In my opinion, i've so far seen two movies which were better than the book: 1. Shawshank (prob due to the fact it was just a short story) and 2. Once Were Warriors. I found the changes to be a big plus, for once, particularly in the latter.
