WTF IS WITH MY VIDEO CARD?!

Argh this stupid video card (Gf3 ti200 64mb) keeps crashing my games. It's crashed four times today and many many times this week and other weeks. It just totally locks up the computer so I cant even bring up the windows task manager in XP, and the lights on my PC turn off and my speakers emit this high pitched noise. My vid card settings are both in green, I even tried putting it down a little but its been freezing A LOT this week, more than usual. What the hell is going on? I tried patching the drivers twice (to 30.81, and to 40.41 but still crashing). Nothing is working :( I have to go out and buy a new one cause this is a piece of junk. It was a gainward to :(

WTF!!!!!! Now its crashing in the game menus when I have been in the game for like 30 seconds. If it keeps crashing like this im going to rip this ****ign card out and put my gf2 in geez...

download the newest drivers. I remeber reading a review on that card, they said it wasn't very reliable i think.... :(
