Mouse

I need to get a new mouse but unsure which one is better and has more advantage in gaming. I'll let the greater vote decide. :)

Optical is technically the best in that group because it has a much higher refresh rate than the others. It will catch the smallest moves and you don't need a mousepad. The single greatest mouse I ever used for gaming is the Logitech MX700. It is optical, wireless, rechargable, and tons of buttons. Second place would be a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer.

I have the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer. I am very happy with this optical mouse, although the rechargeable batteries only last for about 3 days. If I was buying one now I would be looking at the MX700, as Sal recommended.

i will get the Logitech MX500.... its the same as the MX700,but with a cable.Its not so heavy and i dont need wireless :)

Thanx guys...got my new mouse today. :D I ended up getting the MX700. So far I like it. Much better! :thumbs: The only thing is that I cant customize my controls to the side buttons. dunno.gif

All you have to do is use the software that came with it and you can reprogram any button on the mouse.

Alright. My husband hooked it all up. I assumed he took care of the setup but ummm...guess he got to caught up in Battlefield 1942. Oh well, guess i'll have to do it.
