I have weird problem with serious sam I did a tracert and the lag is ok but still it makes me troubles from some reason anyone know waht is it? bandhead

Where do you live?
What server is that from?
What do you have running in the background?
What is your hardware?

I have ADSL 512kbs up and 128 down
I am from Israel
It was in OUTLAWS GameMecca.net (Houston)
I am running only mIRC and ICQ but it never make me troubles before
I have P4 1400Mhz GeForce 2 MX 256RAM 100gb hd

I have spikes like that in every game I join no matter what server it is. Although my base ping is not as high. I just assumes the lag spikes were normal.
