does anyone know how to make the text look hightlighted when the mouse goes over it?
no but i can tell you how to make it change color if you like

Take a quick snort of glue, a valium, and eat a spoonful of horseradish sauce....not only will it look highlighted but there is a fair chance it will actually talk to you.... :D

<body>
<p> content
</body>
</html>
see <body> selcect that, delet it and paste in what i gave you
you dont need frontpage to do this i was thinking somthing else

the backrounds pink -_-
in between the body tags you put
<a href="the website adress">text to be displayed</a>
replace "#FF00FF" with "#000000" asuming you want black as the bg

i meant is there a ez way in microsoft frontpage to do this?
right click on your page and click page properties. click the background tag got to hyperlink and set for white. got to visited hyperlink and pick a color. go to active hyperlink and set for green

lol srry sifi but im jus going to forget about it...because people with IE wont be able to see it :(

Are you building something for netscape users?? I think majority uses IE, and all the stuff I have done with Dreamweaver, works and looks the same building it, as the finished product in IE.
And for your questions, to make links change a certain color when you pass your mouse over, do you mean not clicking on it, but just hovering over it?? If so, I know you can do that with flash. It is easy, takes a little if you want to make your own button, but can be done.
