Mouse pad

Hey! Check this out. I went to one of those close out stores that carries mostly building supplies. I picked up this slate for $2.49
It makes an excellent mouse pad.........and it was a super price! :thumbs:

does it work well with an optical mouse?? It looks shiny from the pic. Just wonder, the new mouse said it might not work too well on shiny surfaces. But that is a kewl mouse pad. Think it will last forever? :wootrock:

Yes the mouse is a dual optical. It works ok........I'd like it better if it slid faster.....it slid faster while on my foam pad.....but this slate is too cool LOL! :cool: :thumbs:

Hey I just got a new mousepad at Staples tonight for 8 bucks! Even though you dont have to use a mousepad with my new optical, I dont think it ran a smooth as it does using one. It's actually a desk pad (which is basically an oversized mousepad) It's huge and I cut it to size it down to fit where my keyboard sits. It's nice cuz i've got such a large area. With the small one I ended up off the mousepad and half way across the stupid desk cuz i'm such a spaz in the game. Dont make fun!! I know, retard huh? :bandhead: lol :wacko: :rofl:

that's a pretty good idea hpc as long as it works for ya with the optical... I mean I can't ever see something like that wearing out that's for sure... as for other mousepads I HIGHLY reccommend www.ratpadz.com ... I won a ratpadz at my first lanwar and it is really awesome... the mouse glides on it soooo nice and for Sirc - it's bumpy so your ball gets good traction... hmmm that sounded kinda weird
