Serious Sam Gold Announced

ve3d.com is reporting that Serious Sam Gold will be released in Europe on Feb. 14th. No word on a North America release date:

It has been announced that a gold edition of Serious Sam will be released on the 14th February in Europe. The pack will contain the original game as well as the sequel. There is also an added episode entitled, "Trisk's Episode." This will bring the total amount of new maps up to 34 (20 being single player only and 14 being multiplayer only).


The new edition will be sold for only €19,95 although there is no word yet on a release in North America.

I for sure will be hesitent about buying it. If it is anything like SSSE, then forget it. If they haven't got a netcode that works by now, they will probably never get one that does. :bandhead:

I don't see what the big deal is. There are no online servers. Only 1 map for coop Sierra something and Little Trouble for fragmatch and scorematch.

I am pretty sure we will all be disappointed with the netcode.

Are you sure you didnt download the Second Encounter Demo? ... Becuase i had it (before I bought the game) and you could only play sierra de chiapas merged with valley of jaguar, and only one map little trouble.

They have to find someone that knows how to make a netcode. :rofl: Don't be fooled when it comes out, and don't go buy it right away, unless you have $$ to waste! :rolleyes:
