OK gamemecca lan party

we may be able to do it around my area too...i have connections w/ a church and there seem to be lots of GM ppl on this side of MI...but not really any hotels very close...20 min drive to Grand Rapids

im sure that there will be no mandatory charge but donations will be accepted and it can seat probably 50 ppl...

im sure that there are bed and breakfast places around too

I'd really love to do something like that, just to hang out with some of you guys I think would be worth it. But I think that it would have to be a little more planned and better thought out before we actually go through with it. By the way, what state are you talking about?

i already talked to my ISP and they said that they could proly get us up to a full meg at the church

thats a long ways up...but there is alos a LAN center in Lansing somewhere, which is in between me and sal...close to toledo...kinda

yeah i know were lansing is.....but does lansing have a huge lake right in town i think not. also with the amount of women that come up here i think it would in the best intrest of all the single men lol. also jet skiing, all kinds of ****. if you like hikeing this is the place to do it. so not just a lan but a vacation. its not to far....only 4 hrs from detroit which isn't bad. :thumbs:

ok heres the thing i started this topic so i could throw a lan...now i guess pj took it over so whatever. not trying to be a dick but when i started this i had planed on ethier throwing it up here or at my moms by detroit. what i am trying to say is this was going to be my lan lol. but whatever :thumbs:

right u called it GM lan cuz people from GM could come, it wasn&#39;t an official GM sponsored even or anything. :cool:

The last lan party i went, I took my ow comp, my own sleeping back, my own reclining exec chair, my own beer, and i was set up for the night. The only thing i had to move for was the toilet.... lol.

I&#39;d love to Lan against some of you guys. There really are some awesome guys n gals out there :thumbs:
