Copy Command

I would like to be able to copy a group of files to a CD and also to another computer on my network and be able to retain the original time and date stamp of when the file was last accessed. I noticed when I copy to another drive, or network computer that all of the files are updated with todays date. Is there a way to get winxp or some 3rd party software to do this kind of copy?

umm, i haven't ever heard of any. But it seems to me that u won't be able to retain a time stamp because your editing it by moving it. Yet maybe others know of a program to help you
