need help unistalling spyware for real one

I recently unistalled it real one player. When I took it out, well it wasn't me, it was my brother, It installed it spyware. my pc as been slowing down a lot since then. Can someone tell me which is the best way to remove spyware and to completely make sure there is no programs of real player running in the background.

yes, go with the link above ^^^^^ it's a good one and they only ask for donations.....don't give if you don't wanna. I been usin for 4 months, got rid of all the crap that my uncle acquired over 3 years.

Uninstall real player and then reinstall it, but choose a custom install, and only install what you want. That's what I didn't and my rig runs just fine.

spybot and ad-aware...use them together (not at the same time)

ok thanks everyone. :thumbs: My computer seems to be running better. But I was wondering if there is another program the plays rm files; I dont want to install real one again.

I think real player is the only one that will play it, but when you install it, read the stuff carefully, and don't allow it to take over and install all the crap. Just install the player and that's it.

all right I do the. Another thing about real player that I dont like is sometimes when I playing a video it will just freeze. WHy does it do the?????? :wacko:
