"The GeForce 6800 Ultra will have 16 pipelines, 400MHz core clock, 256MB of memory, two four-pin Molex power connectors, and an estimated street price of $499.

The regular GeForce 6800 will have 12 pipelines, 128MB of memory, a single Molex connector, and a $299 price tag."

Those bench numbers are filthy. I hope ATI gets their new-tech out soon, so we can see them head to head - and see some drop in the prices of old 9800 and 5900 cards!

Two power connectors for the Ultra, one on the 128 regular, as Eric noted. Anandtech included this:

The card doesn't necessarily max out both lines (and we are looking into measuring the amperage the cards draw), but, NVIDIA indicated (in the reviewers guide with which we were supplied) that we should use a 480W power supply in conjunction with the 6800 Ultra.

It looks to be a pretty tall card as well, but I haven't seen the 'lite' model yet of course. HardOCP said it was loud only upon booting, when the fan ran at full speed, but in Win and games, even with OCing and his res stuff, it never ran at max rate. Even at the max rate, they said it wasn't as loud as the 5800.
