Well I'm a mexican and I dont know much about low riders since i hate them but I've never heard of valor that you put in them. But Valor can have two meanings in spanish

1. Bravery just like its english counter part
2. If your talking about money it can also mean the worth of something

However there is a material called Valour that guys put in their low riders when they carpet them out and stuff like that.

Nope that&#39;s exctaly what I just stated above I just forgot it had different spelling. Also spanish has a lot of slang so they even could be using it as slan although I&#39;ve never heard it before but with us mexicans you never know. ;)
