OUTLAWS WHOCARES

Recently I have had to return a piece of memeroy to Mushkin.
Well the experience was incredible (not to compare to well....)

I sent them an e-mail explaining the problems with the memory and that it was bad.
Within 24 hours I received an e-mail sorry we are sorry that your memory stick failed.
Here is your RMA# and where to ship it to.
Within 2 working weeks I received a brand new stick with no complaints.

I don't know much about their Memory but the service was great.

I have Mushkin in some of my systems at work and I had a similar experience, but they overnighted it to me no charge without even getting the old stick back yet! Mushkin rocks.

good deal  i always find it good for people to spread the good word of a good company. this helps people choose who to use and also not to use if the service is bad. word of mouth is still by far the king of all advertising. now i need to see how crucial is being that i have had 2 sticks of ecc registered ram for almost a year in a draw here (i am lazy).

I've had a similar experience with Crucial. Called, got RMA #, gave CC #, new stick shipped overnight, returned bad stick ground, CC never charged.
