Ways to Farm MLXP other than RvR?

Any ideas on how to get MLXP with 1FG or less? Quick and easy artifact encounters that the mob is worth MLXP. Random mobs that are worth MLXP? Here is my situation: after a succesful ML7 raid tonight, I will need to get 100% MLXP by 4pm EST Saturday to go on the ML9 raid. I RvR a lot, but do to the inconsistant nature of RvR, I can't be sure I will get enough MLXP by the deadline. Any thoughts?

Triton Shaman in Meso? I think I have seen them before when farming in Naxos Territory.

They are in all 3 territories in Meso - Skyros, Naxos, and Melos. Grape and nasty.

Princess in DF gives about 25% per kill

Well when I needed it the best way I found was to do ML4 group encounters
Roughly 30% each time.

Other than that do Artifact Encounters.

RvR has seemed to fill my bar very quickly.
