He has no name and was just on your server

Is it possible for you guys to ban this player who was just been on your server and had no name. 8:30 AM eastern time.

I couldn't get his IP sorry but is it possible for you to ban him?

I find it hard as it is playing when I have my controls up high which helps me to improve my aim which I need to get back before I can bring it down.

I would appreciate if you can ban him.

What makes it hard is that he has the first shot before I can spot him and his aim is good but once he has to first shot and he does set himself up in dark locations which makes it hard to catch him and he was 30 and 1 which I was able to get that one time only because I was fully stacked with health and armor.
