(have only done ML1, ML2, ML4, ML8)

You can!

Only ML's that have other requirements than ML1 done are ML7 (needs ML3) ML9 (needs ML8) and ML10 (needs ML9)

ML4 and ML8 have no requirement other than seeing arbiter and bein lvl 40

Addition to Sauron post: ML 5 need to have ML 1 done as requirement, and I think u have ML 1 done ;)

FYI. Wear all your artifacts that level off of magical creatures.
