Just picked up a Docsis modem from shaw my provider .
its pretty sweet right now im getting a full meg per sec transfer rate higher
and well shaw has it sorta capped at 3 megs but are soon moving to 5 megs.
ping times remain pretty much the same but 0 latency in online gaming .
if anyone has a chance to get one of these from your provider grab it. :thumbs:

havent been getting the pings that i should be
just found out if you get one of these modems they have to be first
in line before all the tvs in your house so im rewiring with better cable
ill repost when its done with a screen..
