I went the the DMV pumped up yesterday. I was gonna pass for sure. I had everything ready. I walk up to the counter and tell the lady about my 3:30 appointment. She checks for my name in her papers. She says "I can't find your name here, you sure you made an appointment?" I said i made my appointment a month ago online...

Apparently they wont allow driver license appointments online, but for everything else its ok. I missed the words in the brackets when i was filling out the screen a month ago. I was crushed. I gotta wait another 2 weeks before i can take it now. Now i have to ride my ****in bike to my college classes for the first week of summer.

i wish i could be pissed at someone, but it was all my stupid ass doing. :bandhead: :bandhead:

yah i've tried to make it sound like it was a good thing. I was gonna go pick up a buddy and go to a party right after. Maybe something bad woulda happened who knows :WTF:

Turn 16,
Take a wtitten test on a computer, pass, get a permit, drive around for 50 hours with a person and wait 6 months, scheldule a licence test appointment, take the licence test (what you do on it differs in states and communities)

wow, in the UK its tough.

Theory -- 35 Questions on Computer. 30+ Required to Pass.

Hazard -- Video Test. 50+ out of 75 Required to Pass.

Mechanics Test -- Open up your boot and talk to an examiner about how the car works.

Practical -- Easy to fail. Dont look in the mirror twice when Reversing? Fail. Go over 3MPH over the speed limit? Fail. Go slightly too close to the car infront of you? Fail. 5-10 Week retake time.

3rd time, I only know one person who passed 1st time (in the UK). Most people pass 3rd or 4th time, since they made it waaaay harder since September 2002.

I had roughly 12 weeks in between tests (long waiting lists) so thats 36 weeks waiting.
