I was one of those peeps who out of the goodness of their heart went out and helped. I spent two hours of my time helping out. During this time I got to observe everyone being treated rudely and ordered around like noobs. The encounter was bugged, which we all know will happen and is very frustrating, but that is no excuse to treat the people helping you out so poorly.
