Crucial has a great RMA system

My 256MB PC2100-R DIMM just died, and their RMA system is great. They have a forum for getting help and if they can't help, they get you to send it back to them.

I know it's pretty easy to RMA things to many manufacturers, but I think the forums and helpful staff are a nice touch.

thats great that they have a good RMA system for their RAM :P especially considering that ALL 1.5 gigs of my ram is from them
