But I dont really get it. Does any class who does the quest recieve that whistle which in turn summons a puppy pet?

All i know who can get it are Necs and Cabbys haven#t read anything about other classes and it was just activated on pend yesterday! But i guess all classes can have it not sure tho

looks like they just wanted an out-of-wraith pet for necros and are giving it as a boon to others. Just hope that wizards get one. With a necro having an out of wraith pet, and the life-tap not being linked to wraith form, that will make necros more versatile and much less useless in 8v8/seige. Good fix for necros who wanted to rvr:)
But a puppy? /sigh
