Wow. There's an invitation for spam. Let me give you a hint -- type out your email like this:

emailname AT domain DOT com. Most email harvesters will not find this as a valid email address and you will get less spam (especially when posting on a public forum).

Just to add on to what Death Engineer said(which I think is great advice), you can also write your e-mail address in a public forums as:

username_NOSPAM@domain.com

Which I think is an easy and simple way to post your e-mail address(if you wanted to) and avoid spam at the same time.
