Why doesn't anyone put power in the necro templates ? I have seen more than one template with no + to power. Am I missing something ?

I've wondered the same thing Nob.

Sauron that is a really nice template especially with the other bonuses it gives you and the high resists.

Here's the template I use:
1.) jewelry is easy and cheap to get/replace since most of it comes from DF
2.) +skill is only on 3 cheap items (gloves, feet, arms)
3.) you "dont need" a staff for this template, which means you can pick every staff, which has 50 focus
4.) cap dex/int/con/hits/skill/melee resist and some other resist like heat/body
5.) get some additional str (73) into the template.
6.) no or low oc required
