I guessed right! But, saw some other interesting things in there, like the Oqo, a wallet-sized 1 Ghz transmeta chip powered computer.

I'm confused, is this the bad list or the good list?

This is a vapor-ware list - hardware and software that has been promised/hyped/promoted and has yet to be delivered. Duke Nukem was started back on the Quake 2 engine, or Quake 1 engine, it's been so darn long, I can't remember, and have trouble caring, except that Duke3D was very fun to play both single-player, and 1-on-1 modem-to-modem DM. After changing to the Unreal engine after Q2, they had talked of changing it all again to the UT engine, but I believe just opted to stay with what they had, and optimize it up to "today's" standards, but the problem is that that was started back in 1997, and the standard has evolved so very much. They still plan on putting it out, but I wonder if it's more like passing a kidney stone at this point; painful, but necessary just to put an end to it.
