okay i ran this on my machine and only got a 5700 or something like that and i saw on some other forums that people that have worse systems then mine are getting 8000's

what could the prolbem be i have the latest drivers and directx on a brand spanking new install of winblows xp pro

sys specs:

AMD 64 3000+
1.5 Gig PC 3200 DDR
GeForce FX 6800
200 Gig seagate 8mb 7200 rpm
sound blaster live

I'm no computer guru, but if the mobo you have has the Via chipset and you forgot to load the latest Via 4 in1 drivers, that would cause the whole system to run sluggish.
I've done this before :doh:...... some times they don't load right, it wont hurt to reload them if you have.

On the MOBO disk or via .com be careful some are not compatible with xp use the right one and follow the instructions :)

i think thats it...lemme know if i missed something, also i have no overclock settings for my proc, and i read that i can overclock it to the perfromance of a 3500 quite easily

first of all, get that sound blaster out of there---the onboard is better than that card:thumbs:

second, can you benchmark some things for me..

1i need you find cpumark on google and give me the score also sandra version sp2 and use all the benchmarks in the suite. please pm the scores or e-mail them to me before making them public. i am doing some testing and with you and zell, it will help me a lot.

also what bios version are you using?
