A good deal? That depends on what you need. Overall, if your looking for a card to push UT2K3, the GF2 MX 200 isn't what you'd want. For $29 you can't go too wrong, but I'd deem it a waste of money, failing to achieve what you want. The 200 was the 'lite' of the already 'lite' version of the GF2, the MX. Here is a comparison of some different cards; I tried to find something a little more informative, but it's hard to find comparisons with the MX 200 still on them.
Anandtech roundup (http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.html?i=1650&p=1)

Take a look at Pricewatch (http://www.pricewatch.com) and click on 'video cards'. This will give you a ball-park look at the prices of different video cards. You can get a GF4 4200 64 meg for under $120, and a 128 meg GF4 4200 (4200 is the lesser of the GF4 cards, ranging from 4200, 4400, 4600, but still a darn fine card.) if you can reach that high. If not, get at least a GF3. If you need more info, I'll try to find a better comparison of the gamut of Vid card performances.
