E) 17:00-18:59min

F) 19:00-20:59min

G) 21:00-infin.

Last yr I could run a 7 minute mile. But i have collapsing arches in my feet, so I could probably get there in about 5 hrs, lol

I ran on a state championship winning cross country team (in fact, I was named all-state). My best times for 3 miles were around 17 minutes. Keep in mind this is not running on a track though. We're talking killer hills on mile 2.5.
