tribes vengence problem

I download the demo and the 9.0c directx........all installs successful........but when i go to play the game.....during the load process it completly restarts my computer........like as if told it to restart........i have downloaded it twice even from diffrent sites...............and i made sure i have 9.0c installed aswell...........help please......

I DL the demo last night..... I like it so far love the jetpacks :)

I read in the readme file about somethig will cause that problem you have. I dont have it right in front of me so you will have to check it.
