Ok i cant join outlaws

I cant join outlaws so can i join something else at least?

Here is some general info (from my own experience) about clans and joining procedures.

Generally speaking there are two ways of joining a clan

A you get invited by a clan to join them

B you apply to join a clan

Most of the time 2 basic parameters (I know I'm simplifying things, but do excuse me for that) will determine whether a clan will accept you or not

1 your skills in game: your level as a player, the way you play, etc...

2 your general attitude/character: the way you behave in game/on the forums, your interaction with other people/other clans,....

My advice to you is

Play often so that many people get to see you at 'work'
Participate in the forum community
Train yourself (so that you can make an impression in case of a try-out)
