GTA: San Andreas Comes out October 5th, it looks AWESOME, and im sure you wont get bored with it for at least 3 months.
THUG2 came out recently but i'm not a fan of skateboarding games anymore. :P

Gran Turismo 4 and Metal Gear 3 come to mind. There are tons of new ones coming out for the holidays.
