Thanks for the comments guys. It is truly a blessing to be a father/parent. There's nothing quite like the first time that he recognized me and smiled and cooed. Makes you just melt.

Wow congrats man, I have 3 children, a 12 year old a 4 and a 3...They certainly change your outlook on life, and when they smile for the first time its amazing... Christmas will never be the same now, it will be more joyous then ever before..

BTW congrats to Mrs DE as well, after all she did all the work :-)
