New Group Leader command

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- We have added the /makeleader command. When used by a group leader, this command will make the named player (/makeleader 'playername') or the current targetted group member the new leader of the group.

I like this idea. Now why did it take 3 years to come up with it? :confused:

They should realy make it anyone in the group can claim no matter where that are in the group listing ... GL shouldnt have to be the only one able to claim

Since it gives everyone in the group the popup message, I don't know why anyone couldn't try to claim either. /nerf GL claiming.

As soon as they implemented things like the combat bonus for having the highest level group member be the GL, they should have included a makeleader command. But better late than never!
