We must not try to confuse things with swimming. To swim is when you enter a cheat-code, not when you are fighting a hole map in the lavaroom or in the water. If you enter the cheat code and "swim", then you of course will be banned, but not else. I had a "swimmer" in my server and i said to him, that if he continued with swimming he would be kicked, he stopped the "swimming", and played the rest of the map fair. :thumbs:

swimming is just using the water or lava then come out of it acting as if you are swimming in plain ground or half in the land ;)
