No more port to bind from AC

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- In order to alleviate situations where characters miss ML step credit by falling through the world, characters who fall through will now be teleported back to the spot where they fell from. Previously, characters were sent back to their bindpoint.

Guess it's back to killing yourself or taking a horse to get out of AC. :bawling:

But you can still fall through camelot, and before ya hit the floor /bind. What a fun loop :)

The hole by the stables is still there and it still takes you back to your last bind point :thumbs:
