UT2k4 Running Like Crap

I dunno why it's happening!

2.53GHz P4 @ 3.0GHz
1GB Corsair XL PC3200 2-2-2-5 @ 400Mhz
IT7-MAX2 v2
BBA 9800Pro 256bit

Im runnin 30FPS without AA and AF at 1024x768 all settings on holy shiz mode.

I dunno why this is happening! I have the Radeon drivers just before latest (do they make a difference?). No vid card OCing because I hear it's tempermental with UT2k4.

I had a studdering problem with 512MB memory but since I've upgraded that's gone away and it's just plain low FPS now! I hear people running with all settings high on a Ti4200 and getting 60fps. I know I can go up to 85 because it has before if it's a small level without much action going on.

I get a max of 80-120 fps i know your system can run it

I'll do that after and let ya know how it is. I'm getting sufficient 3dmark scores though. I think I'm doing to do a format once I get my XP cd back from my friend (he was having laptop problems)

Check the BIOS setting for AGP fast write to see if it's enabled. try disabling it because it may hinder performance.

Disabled Fast Writes in the AGP settings.

Nope...just tested it. Doesn't have much effect
