Serious URGENT help

Can anyone offer any advice to this...

Somebody is scanning your computer.
Your computer's TCP ports:
1025, 2745, 5000, 6129 and 3140 have been scanned from 82.33.169.227.

I get this report at least every half hour.... the 82.33 stays the same but the last bit changes on every scan.....

Hope some1 hassome good advice out there....

Sygate firewall. (the only firewall i dont usually have problems with)

turn the warnings off, they are just going to drive you nuts, and there will always be someone scanning.
