sp2 havoc

I finally broke down and installed sp2. Went as a breeze. Only problem I have with it now is that I disabled the software, window firewall, and now every time I boot my rigs up, I get a pop up about it. Is there anyway to disable that pop up or ballon from showing up? I don't want to use that software firewall because my router has a hardware firewall built in, linksys.

look toward the bottom in the security center. choose i already have a firewall and it will get rid of that message. it should be toward the bottom of the firewall settings.

hmmm Bigg, I don't see that option. Term would love to hear of your reg edit option :thumbs: Its a pain to have it come up on 2 rigs :/

Hers an easy way to turn off that annoying Security Pop Up

open your Security Centre .. On the left is resources ..

choose the bottom option (Change the way security centre alerts me)

and untick all .. hope this helps :thumbs:
