Does anyone know why I can't see attachments any more? All screenies and attached photos are not showing. I haven't changed anything as far as I know and the board settings here are fine too?

I got Sal to check things out this side and all is fine. So any ideas?

um, after the last move of the forums, the attachments were not copied over. like the screenies you posted are visible, but nothing older than 3 months...

No not that Jim. Even screenies i posted today i cannot see but other people can :confused:

sounds like you have to check your settings and security level...

Your firewall can be blocking them :| Mine was for a short period.

I experienced the same, for a few days. But everything is back to normal now.

Somthing elseI've noticed too. The animated smilies don't move either? For instance, this one >>:rofl: is still on my screen?

eh, my wife is having problems on her system where graphics are not loading. the animations will usually start after all graphics are loaded on a page. the networking is hosed on that computer. i have already reinstalled windows, etc on another drive, done the virus scan route, etc. the fix will be to buy myself an athlon-64 system and give her mine... :D

If the smilies are moving

1 are u using and internet acellelator it stops the smilies from moving
2 the graphics problem could be that you are using a browser other than IE and the the pic have been turned off example Opera

Not sure DH but it sounds like prob within your browser!

Try this if you have IE.....go to IE rt click/internet properties. In Programs "Reset Web settings". In the Advanced tab click "restore defaults"

Try that !

Only other thing i can think of, would be in Control Panel chk add/remove Window components. Settinging Program and access defaults ....used to occasionally have to do IE repair in win 98/ MSN explorer.
