What ports must be forwarded for UT2004?

I'm planning to play UT2004 with some mates over the net. I'll probably be hosting most of the games, can anyone give me a list of ports to forward for my router, I'm really not looking forward to using DMZ again. If this info is already posted here I apologise, I just haven't got time to search all the threads
