1. upload it somewhere
2. right click on image, choose properties
3. copy link ti image
4. go to your UserCP and choose edit signature (enable it at your profile)
this link also will lead u to your signature - http://www.gamemecca.net/forums/profile.php?do=editsignature
5. paste url in field of signature, then add IMG and /IMG codes
example:

www.mysitewhereiuploadedimage.com/mysexysignature.jpg
6. enjoy it!
